Delivery in Pakistan
Our current shipping setup provides free shipping within Pakistan. Available delivery and payment methods, along with your final total, are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
Please provide a complete delivery address and a phone number where the courier can reach you. For an estimate for your location, contact us before placing your order. We do not publish a fixed delivery time that we cannot verify.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available when offered at checkout. Pay the amount shown in your order confirmation when your parcel arrives.
Changes to an order
Email orders@ufragranceco.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will confirm whether we can still change or cancel the order.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging if relevant. Keep the packaging while we review your enquiry.
Returns and refund enquiries
Contact us before sending a product back. We will review your request and confirm the available options, return instructions, and any applicable costs before you send it. Sending an item without contacting us first may delay handling.
